What is an 'exceptional circumstance' for a holiday?

Would saying me and gav were getting married class as that I wonder. Then we could convert our faith in a ritual the next year, then possibly have a funeral abroad....etc etc

....but yeah, a parent's marriage would be exceptional circumstances..in our school anyway but I don't know if it's the same in all places...
