Sam isn't likable. She has pre-existing fans that will vote for her because they like her from another show; but she hasn't actually said or done anything worth liking in the BB house IMO. She's sat and vaguely echoed Linda's bitching about Jim and she's friend zoned Ollie. What a stand up gal. Not.
