While lunch was cooking Victor took the opportunity to ask the girls if money turns them on.
The self-proclaimed Mr Slick began probing, asking how girls decide if they are interested in a guy. Shell told him: "You feel all squishy," where as Emma was a little more direct with her retort saying: "You just want to have sex with him the whole time." Victor played devil's advocate by suggesting that women are more impressed by a man's bronzed adonis body and the car he drives, but nobody seconded him on that particular issue. But still he wasn't convinced and asked whether money was important when falling in love. Vanessa was first to point out that while money makes things easier it is not essential. Things get confusing when Nadia insists the guy should pay However, still doubtful, Victor continued asking: "Could you fall in love with a guy with a bus pass?" To which Nadia piped up: "If he's the right person." "OK, at the end of the meal who pays?" responded Victor. "The guy!" Nadia snapped back. Offering a more liberated view, Vanessa said she would always offer to pay for half of the bill but then added "...but if he accepts it would annoy me." Victor accused Vanessa of playing games, and told her: "Don't offer to pay if you've got no intention of paying." Never one to normally agree with Victor, Emma said that she would offer to pay the next time. Marco, on the other hand, suggested that if the person was much wealthier than him "I would be disheartened if he didn't pay. I would expect him to say, come on you're a student."
