Is that macaroni and cheese in toast? that's not alcoholic though is it? love mac n cheese. so much carbs, so many fat.
It looks like a spin on grilled cheese and tomato soup, which is a classic American lunch. My Grandma used to make grilled cheese and tomato soup lunches all the time when I was a kid. We'd be out defending our forts, and she had a really old rusty bell she'd ring, and we'd stop battle just long enuf for our grilled cheese (and she cut it in 8 pieces so it was like a little pizza) My Grandma was awesome.
