So when I was 14 and shagging my 13 year old girlfriend would I have been prosecuted or put on the dreaded list?
Im pretty sure by 14 a lot of teens are sexually active but legalising that could make them very vunerable to adult predators. If 2 people are of the same age a law shouldn't even be in place. On the 10 year old comments I have no words
