I would say we didn't really have a project manager, but I would also argue that I stepped up as a leader throughout the task

if you look back i mentioned i didn't read the brief properly the first time around and banished the idea of Australia instantly, fair enough i mentioned Brazil and New Zealand but who's idea did we go with in the end. If you felt it was a really bad idea you should have really stood up and said Loukas that's a bad idea.

Poth, do you not feel you were under prepared for the pitch? This was a destination you were trying to sell to me, do you not feel you could have had a huge variety of information to hammer home why this place was the next best thing?

Jake, do you feel that the first night you cost the team valuable time while you were online by not throwing down any ideas even if they were weak that maybe one of your team mates could have developed upon later on?

I did throw ideas down, so no time was wasted because neither of my team mates would have read them until they logged on

i knew it was a team effort, it's a total team effort that how a strong business works. That's why i said the other candidates could and should produce something visual too and Jake did. Me and Jake mentioned loads of places that make Gdansk unique (restaurants ect) and none of those places were mentioned in our final pitch.

I say we all had equal say and we scrambled around trying to make things work.

I do not feel that I was under prepared at all, I prepared for this pitch for most of the day and I felt that I did a very good pitch.

I think personally maybe I could have done a tad more research about other parts then the ones we advertised, but I think that's a very very very minor thing as I felt I sold Gdansk very well.

Let me state this now, I would never ever ever sabotage anyone's work, I think that's totally immoral and is not fair at all.

I did ask for any work to be submitted to me so that I could compile it as earlier when organising the pitch my iPad was extremely slow, I don't know whether this was for everyone on TiBB, but it's hard to multitask on an iPad.

Before the point is made about why I didn't start the pitch ealier, I was busy the entire of yesterday, the day before by the time we had a place chosen it was bedtime and today Ive had this party to organise on top of other things, plus during this week I've had to deal with some personal issues, I know I shouldn't be making 'excuses' but considering all these points I think I have done as well as humanly possible with what I had.

I knew I wasn't going to be 100% active, but I still tried to steer the team so that it wouldn't fall apart when I wasn't there, without me steering the team I don't think we would have got anywhere.

I listed a number of things straight away as i mentioned Gdansk. Including Słowiński National Park with it's movable dunes and Bory Tucholskie National Park as well nine landscape parks and a few dozens of nature reserves. Then mentioned it's amazing zoo, unique boat trips, picturesque evening strolls and A number of pubs and restaurants.
