I remember seeing something similar on "999" (a BBC show about medical emergencies from years ago, fot hose who don't remember) where a schoolboy had been doing javelin at a sports day and had been running to get his javelin, slipped, and it went right through his neck / head.
Amazing really, that a few millimeters can be the difference between life / paralysis / instant death. |
