Default E-cigarette explodes into fireball and engulfs barmaids dress

Quote:
  • Laura Baty was serving at Buck Inn Hotel in Richmond, North Yorkshire
  • 18-year-old barmaid heard almighty bang and saw fire coming towards her
  • Says she thought 'the fuse-box had blown up or a firework had gone off'
  • Felt the heat as she ran away from device and 'started crying hysterically'
  • E-cigarette was plugged into an iPad charger on the bar when it blew up

I support e-cigs, think they're a perfectly good idea, it's just that they can be cheaply made tat from china, instead of the good quality ones.

Oh yeah haha, they want tax
I don't usually read the mail because it's usually something like "IKEA gives you cancer" but in the Katie Hopkins thread there was a story so I clicked it and this was at the top of the page.

Isn't it the charger to blame, not an e-cig?

This.

I doubt it was the e-cig itself, more the way it was charged.

See...........this would never happen with old fashioned normal cigarettes.

Yes they would clog up your arteries and lungs and give you cancer and make your face look like a big piece of old leather, but at least they wouldn't explode in your face.
