..but with the buses though, they will still have to drive the bus so it won't mean staff reductions...

There are No Staff Reductions
staff are moved to other jobs.
And some staff are happy to take the money
and sit down to watch daytime TV.

..companies always say no staff reductions though when they implement these changes but most of the time there are and not everyone wants to watch daytime TV...there must be a reason why the union aren't accepting this and are striking....

Yes The Union does not like the Future.


Those that are not stepping down
are able to move to other jobs.

The Unions do not want changes.
