Has nothing to do with acceptance or approval IMO.

Eurovision doesn't really represent Europe anymore than Big Brother represents the UK population.

So why would countries that are so vehemently anti-LGBT vote for an act, which is clearly a representative for not only Austria but the LGBT community?
