You spent 40m on your Cesc last season. He really isn't a proper CM anymore..if he was then Barca would of kept him. Jose won't be using him there either imo. He's their Number 10 with Hazard and Willian out wide.

Cesc is still capable playing in a CM role, Ozil often plays down the right or left side and hardly gets many games down the middle. With the amount of injuries we get throughout the season its a no brainer. There is so much room to fit both Cesc and Ozil into a starting 11.

Being handed one of the best midfielders in the world who wants to join with first priority to sign him & is also a fan favourite and declining.. it's ridiculous.

United fans need to chill and stop worrying about this window. Our squad is so bad it will take a couple of windows to replenish the ott deadwood we have in the squad and the first team. Then another a couple of windows to get everyone blended together. We are looking at a good 3-4 year transformation period this ain't football club manager in afraid where things get fixed over one window so sit back and enjoy the ride.
