It's true though that most people who work and need to be up early won't stay up much later than 10pm on a week night.

BB has been on at 10pm pretty much all the time on Channel 5 in previous years.

Have people suddenly started to go to bed earlier?

If so are our sleeping patterns as human beings evolving?
