Not always correct, because people only vote once. They vote as soon as the poll comes up and they might change there minds mid week. You can't vote again when you change your mind. The website registers the IP. Also someone's fans might vote to evict Toya and then call once. Toya's fans might call 100 times to evict one person to make sure she is still in.
