What was wrong with BB5 suitcases?

At the time it was original and not having their suitcase for the duration was pretty harsh, as was the whole evil series.

The only reason it didn't amount to much was because Kitten was a bellend and got herself thrown out.

But then I wouldn't call it a twist. It was just an evil element to the series.

It's probably because I first watched the series in 2011 so the suitcase thing didn't seem like a huge deal. I also assumed that after 3 weeks or so they would give everyone their suitcase.

Everyone got their suitcases at the start. It was only Kitten who wouldn't receive her suitcase at all until her eviction. All the housemates had to nominate the one person who wouldn't receive their things.

Being the bell end she is, she was ejected a week later anyway.

I doubt they would of kept her suitcase for the whole season tho. If thyroid she would of eventually got over it by week 2 making it kinda pointless. If she didn't get over it and they were still talking about then it would of just got annoying for the viewers.

They would have. This was at a time when Big Brother actually had balls.

Yeah I agree, I thought the suitcase thing was original at the time, its just because they've done things with suitcases most years afterwards so now it looks poor in BB5.
