Claudia's right, the three abrahamic religions are fundamentally similar, with more or less the exact same stories, rules, prophets etc

The Qur'an states that the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospels) and the Qur'an are all books from Allah revealed to three prophets in their time; Moses, Jesus and Mohammed. The Qur'an goes on to say that, if the Jews and Christians had remained true to the revelations sent to them they would also be Muslims as all people who believe in the one God and do not join partners with Him or worship idols, believe in the Last Day, the resurrection of all beings and the Final Judgement are actually Muslims though they may not call themselves that. The Christians parted company with the teachings of Allah and his Prophet Jesus when they assigned him as a son of God and declared that God is a trinity i.e. three gods; Jesus, God and the Holy Ghost. The three religions would be the same if they had stuck to the original plan.

some scholars suggest certain references in the Qur'an could imply Christians and Jews would be accepted into Heaven, but others dispute that. it's kind of ambiguous.
