I thought it gave the show a jolt in a boring middle.

Biannca, Pav and Zoe were good additions for different reasons. Imagine that week without armageddon, Marlon still there, the series still plodding along...

Danielle went at the right time too. She'd given all she had to offer and they stopped the awful attempt at starting something with Winston in its tracks.
