Its an incredibly poor choice - it really is. Most years there have been some quite attractive women in there but this year BB seems to have gone out of its way not to offend the hypocritically prudish mainly female audience who always boo any pretty woman who goes in, before they've even had a chance to see what they're like.

Presumably it's a case of - we know you'll vote them out early so what's the point putting them in there - which is a shame and shows their hypocrisy. If it was a good-looking bloke (ie David) flexing his muscles and acting like an arrogant git, then they cheer and whistle. This is the continuing problem with the hypocritical BB audience - there is just no point putting pretty women in there. They simply won't last.

I think Stephanie and Edele are both really lovely looking, but two completely different "types". Edele is probably more my type so I voted her. Much more natural looking.

Completely disagree. Of course there are some people who dislike good looking women as soon as they enter, but I don't think it's fair for you to make a sweeping statement like that. I keep seeing this being posted but there's plenty of evidence against it.

Stephanie, who has been voted the best looking female on this poll, is topping a lot of online polls for favourite housemate. Two of the attractive males, Ricci and David, are topping the least favourite poll on here, not sure about anywhere else.

Plus, the top two of BB15 were two of the most attractive women of the series. Kimberly was also well liked at the beginning of the series until she became boring and attached to Steven.

Yes but the problem is the polls on here don't reflect the wider audience. The crowds always cheer muscle-bound men and always boo good-looking young women - always, without exception. And BB knows this - how else do you explain the lack of young glamour models this year? BB knows they are not popular and BB doesn't want to offend its core audience.

I didn't realise Stephanie was topping any fav HM polls - I've not seen that anywhere. All the polls I see have Kellie, Dee, Frenchy, Leslie and Gary near the top.

True, attractive women are often booed while attractive men are cheered, but not always. I'm not sure this would affect BB's decision to put attractive women in the house though.

Maybe it's just a nice change that they fill the house with males whose main role in the house initially is "eye candy" rather than females?

There are instances that show sexism against men AND women on the show and throughout society. Just because there are prejudices against one doesn't eliminate prejudices against the other.

I've spent many a post tugging at that particular branch, don't bother.

Just know that white, straight, middle class, good looking, young men are the most disadvantaged group in society.

no one cared because hes a man. but when they mocked shilpa over coffee beans, the world went mad and gordon brown got involved. or denise abusive mich madsen for 3 weeks nad hitting him in the face and pulling a young womans pants down to try and huliate her.....how much of that would a man get away with. the show and this country is spectacularly sexist against men and its time someone pointed it out. if a man makes a joke, he loses his job, a woman gets promotion. thats how the media works now.

3 occasions in 15 years. How is that overall remotely sexist against men?

Connor, John James, Aaron, Sree, Ziggy etc all treated women and others appallingly. One won and the other walked away with £50k.
