If it was a school bully yes, I would pity them for being so ignorant and obviously unhappy, as someone who was happy wouldn't dream of bullying as far as I see it.
I have a HUGE problem will ill willing people, and think it is wrong and totally unjustified unless in very extreme cases and I think kaz would understand what I mean by those.
