Stephanie doesn't care really about Gary's hygiene. It is just a pathetic school yard way of bullying him. If Gary pissed in the pool we would never hear the end of it, simply because it is Gary.

No it doesn't.. If someone urinates in a pool (it shouldn't be done anyway because it's gross, but it happens) it gets washed away and the water is sterile anyway because of the chlorine.. Gary didn't wash for nearly 7 days, nor does he flush the toilet after himself, that is far more unhygienic.
