I found a fix!
 copy and paste this into the url: chrome://flags/ (and load it as if it is a url) Then find: Disable DirectWrite and click enable just underneath it. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "relaunch browser" tab. Then after the browser has relaunched close it completely then when you open it and come back to tibb it will be sorted.
