Default Perfect Put-Downs

So, the inspiration for this thread came when I was writing about (lack of) schoolfriends and I remembered the silly haircut years, and trying to piss my parents off.

I really pushed the boundaries as a teenager, especially with my hair. I decided I wanted to have a mohawk, so, I started by razoring about a 3cm strip round from my temples to the back of my scalp.

Nothing from the parents.

I increased the razoring by around a cm every couple of days...surely they must notice and get cross? Nothing.

Entire sides of my head? Nothing.

RIGHT! I thought. And dyed it pink.

Got a reaction. "Oh Ana. Pink really isn't your colour. Try green."
