We spent the most, but we also lost 11 players too and have been playing kids and midfielders in defence for large parts of the season. Talking now is pointless. If LVG finishes 7th and gets just 5 points off the top 6 teams then we can say he's done no better then Moyes. That is not going to happen.

In the LAST transfer window but Chelsea & City have been spending big for the past several windows so we are still playing catch-up. We are only half a team as our defence is so shocking.
I think LVG is right, it really could take 3 years.
