I would guess that these inspectors have some kind of tick sheet with questions such as
'Does the school represent the cultural diversities of modern Britain?' etc.Things like that.Probably more of an admin issue as to the questions on their report sheet than anything else.

Ofsted inspections are box ticking exercises, the committee who wrote the check list will have ignored the fact that rural England is 90 per cent White British

Yeah exactly.I don't think the ethnic background of pupils should even come into it,But how well the school teaches the kids it's got.
