the guy was a foul arrogant tool !!!
he treated roisin like crap and twisted it around and said she was the 1 slagging him down when she could barely get a word in edge ways
he expects people to follow him around like he calls the shots
and putting himself as project manager backfired big time he shot himself in the foot the pratt !!
there was no proper communication with him and the other team he just did his own thing and expected them to just go along with it like puppets when they pitch ideas to him he drowns them out like its all about him and like they dont matter

and the soo called sob story he gave sugar was his pathetic attempt to get given another chance well he was given too many chances so he was FIRED! and rightly so
