what a lovely idea - and if it gets them publicity - they deserve it. as i TT - i will be going.

No, I agree but the publicity for the pub should bring in many customers happy to spend a few quid in pub that actually cares about less fortunate people.

Maybe I'm being too cynical but I don't think when the dust settles they will be too much out of pocket.

aww how lovely!

we were going to invite a homeless or troubled person to our house for christmas, but then I told my mum that it's probably not the best of ideas, and that we should go to a soup kitchen instead...

so now on christmas day we're going to help make christmas dinner for the homeless
