..I don't know, I guess that I don't agree with penalties for members in the top 50 for not voting only because it feels like a negative thing on something that is completely positive and the wrong vibe, type thing...also, it kind of penalises those who have voted for someone who didn't vote..(if that makes sense..)..which is really unfair to them...I know that you can't do it all yourself as it would be too much but maybe more have someone to encourage/remind people and direct them to the thread would seem more positive..a bit of a PR person, I guess...

Penalties? :/ I would've been for a start as I didn't vote, I wish I had though looking back but it was at a busy time. It would seem like it was only designed for those who could be on the forum in the time constraints imposed then too and mot just for the members you love no mater how 'active'.

It was just an idea I was thinking of that I did not implement (for the reasons everyone was busy at this time of year). But it's good to see what all you think of that idea and any other suggestions you may all have for the process.

A reminder would be good, I don't see penalties as a negative thing, more as a way of focussing the mind
