In that case, you must think it's okay to refer to someone as "a man" (and find comedy in the whole "Oh, let's look at his penis" thing) when someone identifies as a woman.
It's like the posts that kept calling Kellie "Frank" and referring to her as "he" last series. If somebody identifies as a certain gender, it's insulting to insist on referring to them as the opposite.
