No, people are just happy to condem Helen a 'twat' for sticking up for herself when two people have been slagging her off on Twitter. There's some things that should be left unsaid, I agree, like bringing up Helen's past and claiming you would sue for sharing a toilet seat with her because of her ex-occupation when she has not provoked you.
