It's not a different thing, it's still someones opinion. I haven't said anything about Perez's parenting skills because i don't know what I think about that yet so i wont be providing proof, but nobodies opinion can be "invalid" - proof or no proof.

When they say he is a bad father based solely for his actions in the house then yes, that makes the point invalid as that has no reflection on what he is like with his kid.
