Seeing as the Malvern spring has been bottled at source since the days of Elizabeth 1, I think it can be safe to say that it's not simply the schools design as it's stated the problems only began after 2010 when the bottling ceased.
It's nothing to do with building on a flood plain, which as you say is silly.
So this is the 2nd natural spring to be bought and closed by coca cola? If they bought one and it was too much for them then you have to ask why they bought another.
