If she did it when she spoke to everyone then you'd maybe have a point but it's only as a way to distract those she's having a disagreement with.

Jeez could you reach any further.

Abnormalities in the brain can cause tics, Katie has told people she has part of her brain missing....

You have taken ONE thing that could possibly cause a tic and accused me of suggesting she has it?

I asked if she has a tic and that's what I meant.

She does constantly during almost every conversation even ones shes not involved in she also does it in reaction to things that happen.

She does it to undermine people and patronise them, far from being involuntary I think it is very calculating.
