I'm going to hazard a guess that she leaves with Tanya in some pre-recorded scenes next week or the week after and won't feature in any live stuff.

She's in the hour-long episode on the 19th as well as the flashback (her final appearance). I have a feeling she'll discover who killed Lucy, possibly before anyone else does and feels she can't be around the Square any more leaving without Peter and will return with a baby in 6 months to a year's time. I imagine the flashback stuff surrounding Lauren would've been filmed well before the actual episode was filmed in January.

She leaves in Thursday's, but she's featured in the flashback episode.
