If true, I'm glad it's starting earlier this year.
I don't mind early June launches, like BB15.

But I hate it being very late, like BB14 was. BB14 launched in mid - June.

It's probably a good move ratings-wise considering how few people watch TV in late July/August, and because I've heard they want another 31-day CBB so it'll allow enough time for that.

This could either mean two things:
1) Early May launch means that they might have scrapped summer CBB and making normal BB 13 weeks again, ending in early August.

2) Early May launch, gives them time to have a big CBB in August.

It depends how big they want the break.
Early May seems like too much. Unless they're planning a longer civilian.

Late May, with a two week break would work well.

Launch = Thursday 21st May.
Final = Friday 31st July.
Duration = 72 Days.


CBB Launch = Thursday 13 August
CBB Final = Friday 11 September
Duration = 30 Days.

Gosh almost four months of BB.

I really have high hopes for BB16.
