Well it is true - because it happened in BB8 and BB7. BB9 and BB10 may have had only one in the final, but we still had the random influx of housemates in that series who weren't really any good and resulted in good housemates getting evicted. The 13 weeks are overrated - plus the three weeks at the end usually dragged anyway so there's no point in extending it.
