Hate on Sarah all you like, but Cristian was the one with the issue. Sarah just wanted to celebrate them being past their first eviction. Eileen brought up Adjoa. Cristian asked what there was to celebrate and Sarah replied she didn't mean she was celebrating Adjoa going. Cristian was over-sensitive, assuming she was trying to say HE meant that's what Sarah wanted to celebrate about.

Childish stuff really, but they haven't had anything to eat. I think both of them realize it's a game and think the other one is trying to set them up to look bad to the public/house.

Yeah I laughed when I first heard that too because I study Biomedical Science too and was thinking "you're on the wrong course buddy", however I later thought maybe he meant he would use his Biomedical degree to qualify for entry into a medicine course. Not sure how it works in the UK but in Ireland there's a thing called GEM - Graduate Entry Medicine where people who have gotten a very good grade in their 3 or 4 year undergraduate degree in certain subjects can then use this to apply to study medicine. He might have meant that, but it did come across funny at first.

u cudnt be further from the truth, he accepted her explanation, picked up his mug, turned to walk away & she came out with her argumentative garbage. even when they were trying to sort it out later on she was slightly hostile, he was clearly trying to make peace.
