They might ask him to use one if Harriet is up because they might want to keep her for the drama.
Depending on who was up with her, if for example Christian, the Twins, and Jade were up against her I think Jack would save Harriet. He doesn't like Jade, not much time with the twins either, saved Christian already and seems to get along ok with Harriet. If she starts her waterworks at being nominated it could be a sure bet that he'd save her.
