Absolutely disgraceful and this Council should be really hammered for this pathetic and ridiculous response to likely people complaining.

As for the Churchyard bit,this makes me sick, the description churchyard means burial places beside a Church, a Christian church to boot.
Who when people are homeless, penniless and needing sleep or somewhere to rest, their doors are firmly locked to them.

It drives me mad when Priests go no about helping the down and out and never give then shelter or make sure they have something to eat.
In most places too, there are no public toilets or washrooms open 24 hours anymore, what are homeless people to do.

So easy to condemn,much harder to help solve the problem with no will or understanding.
Local authorities in near every street,have empty buildings which used to be shops an stores,all that have washbasis and toilet facilities in them, far better than have them left empty to open them up at night to accommodate the homeless.

That would go some way to helping solve the problems of bad hygiene in Churchyards.
Unbelievable and this Council deserves all the anger and bad press it gets as to this idea.
