Yeah it definitely is, I haven't missed an episode yet but have really been tempted to just record and watch the next day but then I enjoy logging on here after to discuss the highlights so for the past couple of weeks I have been absolutely exhausted every morning.

BB on at ten then on here til about half past eleven is awful when I have to wake up at 5am
