Fair play to him standing up to Mark absolutely but if Mark was in the wrong he or any of the others could have said it at the picnic rather than waiting until after. It's one of those cases where staying on the fence escalated the situation rather than pacifying it.

You're saying Cristian should have taken sides earlier.
Why should he ?

Marc later complained he wasn't getting backed up.
Why should they back him up ?

They allowed Marc to have his opinion and didn't get involved.
But when Marc complained at Cristian for not backing him, Cristian was right to tell him where to go.

Think Marc just thinks it the Marc show so everyone should follow him.

Marc didn't complain at the time either ?
