It's the unique graphic at the start of every programme with the channel's logo and music with a narrator saying what programme's about to come on. Like C4 has the four logo slowly building up in a British scene. Or, the BBC 1 has one with hippos swiming to form a circle of the ''o'' in ''One''.

S4C Closedown Screen has stopped broadcast now as well...... I used to love the music at closedown at 4:00am and at start up at 6:00am. I used to stay up all night to hear it sometimes.

Me too, I loved that music. I've got it closing on tape, I'll youtube it if you want. It's history now though
