This gang mentality you are so angry about is exactly what Harry and her cronies were up to with Simon. Harry tried to pretend she was frightened of Marc to turn the other housemates against him and then as soon as he left the house she and the others turned the 'gang mentality' on Simon.
She is a user, not just with Nick, who incidentally should grow some balls, but with the other housemates as well and they are too thick to realise that they are being played.
