theyre insane. the councils offer NOTHING to landlords , no help nothing, there are no rights to evict tenants who destroy properties and steal rent either....even if there are rats floods, drugs, anything, a landlord still cant enter his own property....prepare for far more houses going up in smoke thanks to these insane draconian communist moves from welsh labour who have kept wales dirt poor for 100 years
