At no point did I hear her be critical of Chloe for taking from the prize fund, which is what Harry said she would not do (if she's opposed to taking that money, she should have been critical of Chloe). Danny was making exactly the point that Harry herself has made about others this week. It seems to me that all Harry wants to do is be seen to be talking about others true colours coming out... But she has shown no consistency in her criticisms of others.

Danny's objection was to Chloe going on and on about others taking money from the prize fund and not be team players. Harry herself has been critical of people for this reason. Suddenly Harry has no problem with Chloe doing it, but she does think Danny is showing his true colours for making the same point she herself has made in the past.

Maybe just maybe the most favourable aim you could attribute to Danny is that he wanted to be the one to put it in the pot and was prepared to risk losiing it in order to come out looking like the good guy, any way you look at this he comes out badly.

It seems to me you're confused. Danny had to predict what Sam had done. He was wrong. That's not what angered him. He was annoyed at Chloe because she has gone back on everything she has said this week.
