Thats not true, the show has improved in the ratings since his eviction. Cba to discuss the rest, it's a difference in opinion, not a correct or incorrect answer (although your opinion is in the minority, mine isn't).

Ratings in what context? Of course overall ratings increase slightly as the show gets towards the end as they do every year, but they are lower than previous seasons. They would be much higher if Marc was still in there, because whether you loved him or hate him, you tuned in to watch him.

You're suggesting that an overnight increase in viewers was because it suddenly became 'nearer the end'? Doesn't seem likely, I feel like you know that too. Its more likely that people tuned back in after hearing the news that Marc was evicted, love him or hate him, people tuned out because of him.

Sunday (the first episode without him since his entrance) was the most watched episode of the series excluding the launch. Take off your 'I love Marc glasses' mate
