I agree...but in over half a century on this planet, I have discovered that in most cases, the apple never falls far from the tree.

Scummy families usually produce scummy offspring. It just seems to be the way it works.

I have rarely looked at someone from scummy parents/family and thought, "he/she's really nice. I wonder how that happened".

I usually think, "Jesus, why do they let these people breed?"

Maybe Chloe's the exception to the rule, but on observing her behaviour, I doubt it.
