Honestly why bother hyping up and promoting £150k as a record breaking prize fund if you're only going to give a little bit more then you usually do away?

This show is a ****ing shambles
Well to be fair if it's true they've given away £149, 100 away in total.

I don't recall much hype to be honest. Up until cash bomb I'd forgotten that they'd upped it to 150k.

I know, but not to the winner. I was kind of hoping (but not expecting) that they'd find a way to eventually reinstate the whole fund and let Chloe, Sam and Jack's money be separate, then they'd have given away like £180k and that would've been something I'd have praised them for.

Do you not remember that bloody annoying, tacky little clip that was narrated by Marcus that they kept playing during every episode and every eviction of CBB15? They made such a big deal that it had gone up and was ~record breaking~ so to not even give it away and only break the record by £16k is just pathetic. I mean when they announced it I saw the prize fund twist coming, but still, why bother in the first place?

No I don't remember, but now you've brought up annoying and repetitive adverts from CBB15 I remember the one of Rylan mincing down the stairs in the house....

"Big Brother has been given a massive budget.... but it's not for the housemates, it's for you guys at home.... "

Made me cringe.

oh GOD that was vile, why is everything about this show so tacky? Can they not see how embarrassing it is?

The prize fund one was Marcus going something like 'the prize fund has now gone up to one hundred and fifty THOUSAND POUNDS' (figure on the screen appears and zooms in), then advertising the auditions website.
