Ok here's the theories I have.

1. It's part of plan to get a story to sell, the first of many.

2. They had a chat and she was like why did you flirt with Aisleyne, he told her to shut up like he tells everyone and she stayed annoyed.

3. He was a real dick to her and gave her the cold shoulder. Btw really bad idea, never should a guy show he's interested and then ignore a girl. Not that I have first hand experience
