Do we know if the reason was racism or that the black employees where being crap in general?

(not that you can do what they have done in such a silly blatant manner)

It was because two black workers were under performing so all the black workers are now banned from getting extra hours(in that store) which is discrimination. White people also under perform too. A company can refuse to give out extra hours but to ban black workers getting them because of others is racism.
