Bullying to me is picking on the same person constantly. Real bullies are people who use their superiority to pick on others who are considered weaker and haven't done anything wrong. People like Helen Wood and Pete Burns. Austin's behaviour has been nothing like that at all. The word gets thrown around within an eye blink on here

Oh I think he was absolutely bullying Chloe-Jasmine over the toast that she owed to his dead brother for whatever reason. Like, he spent every waking minute of his being either smearing her behind her back or shouting her down in front of everyone to her face, for like three days straight.

As for Janice, idk if it's possible for him to bully Janice because if we want to get all technical (I have to get trained in HIB-related issues for my job) bullying involves an imbalance of power and Austin doesn't have **** on Janice alol. He can try to bully her all he wants, but all his frustration comes from the fact that she's more successful at her manipulations than he is. Like, he's screaming about how Janice is an evil manipulator, but by doing so he's entirely playing into her manipulations. She's a seasoned veteran running circles around him.
