From the article I read...Aiselyne threw the champagne but not the glass itself...then Farrah got angry and threw her chair at Aiselyne but hit Vicky instead.

Vicky was hurt from the chair not a glass.

I think what they find amusing is the idea of something like that kicking off with women on the set of a television show.
